Si vous avez une crêp party vous pouvez en faire des petites.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;La galette, c'est le pain quotidien des Éthiopiens, on la met sur l'assiette et on dispose les autres aliments dessus car ils se servent des galettes comme de couverts car on mange avec les mains.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PURÉE DE LENTILLES CORAIL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrédients :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;500 g de lentilles corail&lt;br /&gt;2 oignons&lt;br /&gt;2 gousses d'ail&lt;br /&gt;2 clous de girofle&lt;br /&gt;2 c à c de gingembre&lt;br /&gt;10 cl d'huile&lt;br /&gt;2 c à s de paprika&lt;br /&gt;2 c à thé de curcuma&lt;br /&gt;2 c à thé de poivre de Cayenne&lt;br /&gt;sel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Préparation&lt;/span&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;Mixer l'ail, les oignons et le gingembre pour obtenir une purée. Faire chauffer l'huile à feu moyen dans la marmite. Faire chauffer l'huile à feu doux et ajouter le curcuma, le paprika, les clous de girofle et le poivre de Cayenne.&lt;br /&gt;Mélanger et laisser cuire 30 secondes. Ajouter la purée d'oignons et laisser cuire pendant 10 minutes à feu très doux. Ajouter les lentilles et couvrir d'eau. Porter à ébullition, baisset le feu et laisser mijoter 30 minutes. Le faire bouillonner jusqu'à ce que la mousse disparaisse. Laisser décanter et filtrer dans le tamis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce beurre se conserve pendant une année. Il est utilisé dans les plats de viandes et de poissons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DORO WAT (poulet en sauce avec œufs entiers)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrédients &lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;un poulet&lt;br /&gt;6 à 8 œufs&lt;br /&gt;500 g d'échalotes&lt;br /&gt;une tête d'ail&lt;br /&gt;1 c à s de berberé&lt;br /&gt;2 petites tomates&lt;br /&gt;1 boîte de sauce tomate concentré&lt;br /&gt;5 c à s d'huile&lt;br /&gt;sel&lt;br /&gt;poivre&lt;br /&gt;un citron&lt;br /&gt;un grand verre d'eau&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Préparation&lt;/span&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;Couper le poulet en morceaux. Dans le saladier, verser le verre d'eau, une poignée de sel et le jus de citron.&lt;br /&gt;Mettre les morceaux de poulet dans le saladier et les laisser tremper 5 minutes, en les retournant de temps en temps.&lt;br /&gt;Rincer le poulet et le mettre au frais.&lt;br /&gt;Éplucher les échalotes et l'ail, puis hacher au robot.&lt;br /&gt;Les mettre dans la marmite avec 1/2 verre d'eau.&lt;br /&gt;Laisser cuire en ajoutant des gouttes d'eau jusqu'à brunissement.&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter le berberé et un peu d'eau.&lt;br /&gt;Laisser cuire 5 minutes en veillant à ne pas brûler le berberé en ajoutant de l'eau au fur et à mesure.&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter l'huile et laisser saisir en remuant.&lt;br /&gt;Éplucher les tomates et les couper en petits dés.&lt;br /&gt;Verser les tomates, le jus de tomate concentré et l'échalote.&lt;br /&gt;Laisser cuire à feu doux 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Sortir le poulet et le mélanger avec la sauce.&lt;br /&gt;Hacher le gingembre avec le sel et le poivre et les ajouter dans la marmite.&lt;br /&gt;Laisser cuire 30 minutes en surveillant et en tournant la sauce de temps en temps.&lt;br /&gt;Pendant ce temps, faire bouillir les œufs.&lt;br /&gt;Après les avoir épluchés, les piquer avec une fourchette (pour que le jaune s'imprègne des épices).&lt;br /&gt;Une fois que le poulet est cuit, couper le feu et ajouter les oeufs. : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;2 œufs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;70 g de sucre en poudre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;1 sachet de sucre vanillé&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;250 g de mascarpone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Préparation &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;Préparez le caramel en faisant cuire le sucre en poudre à sec. Dès qu’il est liquide, y ajoutez le beurre et laissez le fondre hors du feu. Ajoutez la crème liquide et faire cuire 10 minutes, à feu très doux. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;Epluchez les pommes, retirez le cœur et les pépins. Coupez les quartiers en petits morceaux. Les mettre dans une casserole avec le sucre. Faire doucement cuire le tout jusqu’à ce que les pommes soient dorées.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;Préparez la mousse en séparant les blancs des jaunes d’œufs. Battre le sucre, le sucre vanillé avec les jaunes d’œufs, jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange mousseux. Y ajoutez le mascarpone et bien mélangez. Montez les blancs d’œufs en neige bien ferme et les incorporez à la préparation précédente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;Attendre que les pommes soient refroidit ainsi que le caramel et la mousse pour mettre dans les verrines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;Déposez dans chaque verrine les morceaux de pomme au fond puis le caramel et pour finir la mousse. Laissez dans le réfrigérateur 1 heure. Servir frais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrédients &lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 litre de lait de riz&lt;br /&gt;100 g de quinoa&lt;br /&gt;200 g de chocolat noir&lt;br /&gt;3 œufs&lt;br /&gt;4 c à s de sucre canne&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuire le quinoa dans 1 volume d'eau bouillante durant 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Préchauffer le four à 180 ° C ou th 6.&lt;br /&gt;Fondre le chocolat au bain-marie.&lt;br /&gt;Chauffer le lait de riz puis ajouter le quinoa et laisser cuire quelques minutes tout en remuant.&lt;br /&gt;Fouetter les œufs avec le sucre, verser le couvercle du récipient étant simplement posé dessus.&lt;br /&gt;Transvaser dans une bouteille à fermeture hermétique délicatement mais laisser au fond du récipient le volume d'un verre qui servira à une autre préparation.&lt;br /&gt;Fermer la bouteille et laisser 12 à 24 heures à température ambiante puis 24h à 48 heures au réfrigérateur. Le kéfir se gazéifie et doit être bu dans les 2 à 3 jours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour les préparations suivantes on ajoute à nouveau 1 à 3 litres d'eau minérale, 40 g de sucre,  le jus d'un citron et la figue dans le récipient où se trouve le dépôt blanchâtre avec le volume d'un verre, lorsque la figue remonte à la surface, votre kéfir peut-être bu. Jeter la figue.&lt;br /&gt;Bien mélanger et procéder comme précédemment mais il faut attendre que 24 heures à température ambiante pour recommencer.&lt;br /&gt;On peut faire 20 à 30 repiquages. Brasser le riz plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce que l'eau soit claire.&lt;br /&gt;Mettre le riz dans une casserole avec 170 ml d'eau froide, porter à ébullition, baisser le feu, mélangez puis cuire 12 minutes jusqu'à ce que l'eau soit absorbée. Pendant la cuisson mettre 2 c à s de vinaigre de riz avec 1 c à s de sucre dans une casserole à feu doux jusqu'à dissolution du sucre.&lt;br /&gt;Eteindre sous le riz, mélanger le vinaigre de riz et le sucre puis laisser reposer pendant 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Couper au préalable l'avocat, le concombre et le saumon finement en longueur.&lt;br /&gt;Une fois le riz refroidi, vous pouvez commencer à faire les sushi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Déposer une feuille de nori sur la natte. Déposer le riz et laisser une marge de 3 cm sur la longueur partie extérieur. Façonner un canal dans le riz et mettre de l'avocat, du concombre et du saumon. Vous pouvez en faire qu'avec de l'avocat, du concombre ou du saumon. Rouler complètement la natte et maintenez. :&lt;br /&gt;Placez le tofu et 1 c à c de ciboulette au blinder avec le sel d'ail des ours.&lt;br /&gt;Dans une casserole, faites chauffer le lait de soja avec 1 g d'agar agar. Portez à ébullition et laisser frémir pendant 30 secondes. Laissez tiédir avant de verser dans les verrines au dessus du tofu. :&lt;br /&gt;105g poudre d'amandes&lt;br /&gt;105g poudre de noisettes&lt;br /&gt;150g sucre blond de canne&lt;br /&gt;115g beurre&lt;br /&gt;3 c à s crème fraîche épaisse&lt;br /&gt;1 c à c d'extrait d'amande&lt;br /&gt;2 pâtes feuilletées&lt;br /&gt;2 oeufs&lt;br /&gt;1 jaune d'oeuf avec un peu de lait pour mettre sur la pâte&lt;br /&gt;1 fève&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faites fondre le beurre. Battre les œufs avec le sucre puis ajouter la poudre d'amandes et de noisettes. Ajouter le beurre fondu la crème, l'extrait d'amande.&lt;br /&gt;Poser votre 1ère pâte feuilletée sur un moule puis étaler la préparation, (ajouter la fève) en laissant 2 cm pour coller les bords avec l'autre pâte feuilletée. Mouiller les bords avec de l'eau puis mettre la 2ème pâte feuilletée dessus. Avec une fourchette appuyer sur les bords. petites verrines)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrédients :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;290 g tofu soyeux&lt;br /&gt;2 à 3 c à s  sirop d’agave&lt;br /&gt;300 g framboises fraîches ou surgelées&lt;br /&gt;2 c à c d’agar-agar&lt;br /&gt;garder des framboises pour la décoration&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrédients pour le crumble :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;25 g beurre ½ sel&lt;br /&gt;25 g cassonade ou du sucre brun bio&lt;br /&gt;35 g flocons d’avoine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mélanger tous ses ingrédients puis les mettre au four à 180 ° ou th 6 pendant 15 minutes&lt;br /&gt;Mettre dans les verrines un peu de crumble.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mixer les framboises dans le blender.&lt;br /&gt;Dans une casserole, chauffer les framboises avec l’agar-agar, porter à ébullition et retirer au bout d’une minute.&lt;br /&gt;Mixer le tofu soyeux avec le sirop d’agave et ajouter
